I’ve experienced first-hand life setbacks and feeling stuck, and I know that although frustrating, these occasional feelings are a normal and inevitable part of life. They’re usually easy to manage. However, when those experiences linger, and you can’t seem to regain your footing, that frustration can quickly become overwhelming. It becomes easy to doubt yourself and your ability to get through it; you can even lose sight of which way is forward.
Working through my own personal setbacks motivates my commitment to you. I am committed to working with you to unlock your own ability to improve your relationships and your capacity for healing and growth. I integrate my compassionate and understanding therapeutic style with intentionally chosen evidence-based training to optimize therapeutic results.
